Travel Risk Awareness Coaching (TRAC)

Qualification and certification of travelling, seconded or local staff. 

TRAC (basics): 1 day 

The coaching includes the following topics: 

  • Safety and situational awareness  
  • Risk assessment and mitigation 
  • GPS and satellite phone skills 
  • Emergency medical care 
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and AED use 
  • Dealing with aggressiveness (e.g. in traffic accidents) 

TRAC (advanced): 2 days 

The coaching includes the following topics: 

  • Safety and situational awareness 
  • Safety plans on site 
  • Risk assessment and mitigation 
  • Gender-specific risks & personal risk profiles 
  • communication skills (on site), use of GPS and satellite phones 
  • Emergency medical care & lifesaving in remote areas.  
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and AED use 
  • Dealing with aggression 
  • Hostage prevention and survival 
  • Security measures on site 
  • Checkpoints & Roadblocks 
  • Active shooting: robberies and vehicle hijackings 
  • Ammunition and firearms awareness 
  • Simulation and practical exercises 

The result is certified employees and documented proof of due diligence within the company.
